Coffee Whipped Cream
This frosting is loaded with coffee flavor and is not too sweet! It pairs really well with my coffee layer cake and can be combined with my vanilla espresso buttercream. You can also add it on top of ice cream or milkshakes!
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
60g powdered sugar
1 1/2 instant espresso powder
Instructions
Place mixing bowl in your freezer for ten minutes.
Remove and add heavy cream and whip on high for a minute.
Add powdered sugar and instant espresso powder and whip until stiff peaks form.
